I'm the president of the Friends of Heirloom Flowers Garden Club. Our club gardens in two of Fremont's Historical Parks. The shinn Park, and the Niles Rose Garden. We are actively looking for people who enjoy the outdoors and would like to perform some volunteer work for their community.
We garden at Niles Rose Garden 36501 Niles Blvd, Niles, on Thursdays, 10:00 to noon.
We are actively campaigning to adopt a plot at the garden. Rose plots that do not have a sign on them are up for adoption. Please come by to see if you would be interested in helping us out. If Thursdays are inconvenient for you, you can make your own time. There is irrigation present, and we are a chemical free club.
