9:00 On-Site Registration at Park's 3rd Street Entrance Allow plenty of time before your class to pick up your number and acquaint your dog with the park. Even if you pre-registered, you need to stop by registration and pick up your participant armband. After show starts at 10AM, please register at the Main Street Booth near the arena.
9:30 Demonstration TopnOTCH Agility Classes are offered at Happiness Country Kennels in Sunol, CA for the first timers to the more advanced and are open to all breeds and mixed breeds. 10:00 Best Costume Light, cool garments only, please. Dogs and exhibitors may dress alike or exhibitors may pursue any theme in dressing their dogs. Judges will be looking for imagination, uniqueness, and flair. 10:30 Best Veteran (aka Oldest Dog) Presented to the oldest dog based on age listed on entry form and/or whoever enters the ring with the oldest dog. Oldest dog wins first place, and so on. Class will be split by weight: First Split -To 45 lbs, and Second Split -46 Lbs and over. A Ribbon Series will be awarded for each split. 10:45 Prettiest Female In this class, the judges will be looking at grooming and appearance, and all-around condition of the dogs. Class will be split by weight: First Split -To 45 lbs, and Second Split -46 Lbs and over. A Ribbon Series will be awarded for each split. 11:15 Best Performer Does your dog know a trick? Sing a Song? Roll over and Play Dead? Good enough! Awards are given for crowd pleasing tricks with special attention for handlers and dogs who visibly enjoy working together.
11:30 Most Unusual Mix Judges are looking for the cross-breed/mongrel that is singular and unique among its peers.
12:30 Adoption Parade, Lunch Break, Special Awards and Announcements Rescue Groups will present dogs available for adoption followed by a lunch break & special announcements
1:00 Demonstration -Dana Smith & Lacey
1:30 Best Rescued Dog Judges are looking for a happy dog in reasonable condition given the length of time the dog and the exhibitor have been together. Announcers interviewed ontestants and heard the story of each dogs' rescue.
1:45 Most Handsome Male In this class, the judges will be looking at grooming and appearance, and all-around condition of the dogs. Class will be split by weight: First Split -To 45 lbs, and Second Split -46 Lbs and over. A Ribbon Series will be awarded for each split.
2:00 Best in Show! In this class, the judges will select a Champion and Reserve Champion. All the day's blue ribbon winners are encouraged to attend. Winnners will receive a championship rosette & their dog's name will be engraved on a perpetual award.
